Biography
Dr. Sandeep Kumar Kar is currently working as Assistant Professor (Dec 2014 – present), Super specialty department of Cardiac Anaesthesiology, Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research, and Kolkata, India. He worked as a Clinical Tutor Cardiac Anaesthesiology (Dec 2012 – Nov 2014) in Karnani Memorial Hospital, Cardiac Anaesthesiology, India. He has represented India in several world congresses in Anaesthesiology and Critical Care. He has published more than eighty research articles and reviews in high impact international journals. He is also a Poet and Writer of international repute with poetry published in several international Journals. He is in the Editorial board of several journals. He has won several international and National awards like Janak Mehta National Award for best paper in Cardiac Anesthesiology, B Braun Scholar of the year (2012), ESOP Scholarship (NWAC 2013) and presented papers and lectures in several National and International conferences.

Biography
Zahra-Soheila Soheili Ph.D. is an associate professor of cell and molecular biology at National Institute of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (NIGEB).She graduated from the Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics, University of Tehran, Iran in 2002. Subsequently, she completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the U268 INSERM, Paris France in myeloproliferative disorders, where she focused on the role of the extracellular matrix in primary myelofibrosis. In 2003 she was recruited to NIGEB and became an instructor and junior investigator at the “medical biotechnology departmentâ€, where she studied on human retinal pigment epithelium cells’ biology and behavior, in vitro. In 2017 Dr. Soheili got a chance to be an invited scientist at the “service of ophthalmology in neuroclinic of the faculty of medicine, university of Genève, Switzerlandâ€, which is the coordinator of the European project of the “Target AMDâ€.
